Prosper Spot does not record or store any of your chats, and your conversations are not used to train chat models by Prosper Spot or the underlying model provider.

All metadata that contains personal information (for example, your IP address) is completely removed before prompting the model provider. This means that chats appear to model providers as though they are coming from Prosper Spot rather than individual users. This also means if you submit personal information in your chats, no one, including Prosper Spot and the model providers, can tell whether it was you personally submitting the prompts or someone else.

You don't need to share any personal information with Prosper Spot in order to subscribe. We believe the best way we can protect your personal information is to not collect it at all.

As described above, we don't keep logs of your VPN activity and information you submit for Personal Information Removal is stored on your device, not on our servers. Similarly, we don't process payments, which is done by either Stripe, the Apple App Store, or Google Play Store, depending on how you subscribe.

You can easily cancel your subscription at any time within the “Subscription” section of the browser Settings menu. If you cancel, you can still continue to use your subscription until the end of the current billing period. Otherwise, your subscription renews automatically.
